Does not display Archimetrix menu after user installation

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Follow the user installation instructions on https://code.google.com/p/archimetrix/wiki/InstallationInstructions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the Archimetrix menu entry, but say the Reclipse EMF entry instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The user installation on 3.6.1. 32-bit Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
It asked for a login during download, some content was not signed, and the username / password combination was not in the installation directions.

The current version is fine. (Important: the Archimetrix perspective needs to be chosen first).
