Make stop button return results for partial runs

- For long running Simplex and DE calculations, the stop button should return the most recent result before stopping. `ratapi.Controls` provides a methods to pass a stop event to a running calculation use this to implement.   
- For the Bayesian calculations, the users should be given a warning that the result would be lost if they stop prematurely.  
- Add/update appropriate unit tests
