Add serve command to cli

[iddogino]

This will start up a RapidQL server on the port -p (default 8080)

It'll have a full log (default) / silent log option

[iddogino]

Will also be able to pass file logs will be written to

[iddogino]

Will also be able to pass configuration file with users and keys
