Redesigning desktop theme

Honestly it's been too long since the creation of this theme.
It is a good time to slurp some juices up.

Currently there exists a tag named eyecandy. Since lots of things are being worked on again, it might be better to separate color themes like eyecandy from desktop configurations.

Color scheme transition should be trivial with pywal.
