Unable to run the Installator

When trying to run RL2.ModLoader.Installer.exe windows initially asks for permission to run it, but after saying yes a small windows appears for half a second and vanishes. After checking the game and game files nothing changes

Hi, are what version of Windows are you running on? It works on my Win10 machine, but I will have a chance to test on a Win11 machine in ~2 days.

Also, in case I can't help fast enough, there is a possibility of manual installation:

• Download RL2.ModLoader-manual.zip
• Unpack into the game directory
