"Run-node" instructions should specify the user for running the node #82
Description
I no longer see any recommendation on what OS user should be used to execute commands and run service(s).
Instead, we have a mix of sudo and non-sudo commands throughout the documentation pages, sometimes one following (and potentially contradicting) the other.
For the previous version, the instructions used to have a recommendation to use the root user.
