Update landing page to state Qubes-community has been moved to Qubes OS forum #4
Description
It would be nice for the landing page to also have a notice that Qubes-community has been moved to Qubes OS forum, like the one the readme at https://github.com/Qubes-Community/Contents has:
Qubes-community resources have been moved to the Qubes OS forum!
August 2023: the migration of qubes-community's resources is complete and qubes-community resources are now "live" in the forum. The content here is now in a (soft) read-only state.
