This software, protocol, smart contract, cryptographic system, documentation, architecture, algorithms, designs, concepts, branding, and any associated materials (collectively, the “Eternum Technology”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Eternum.
This license is proprietary and confidential.
NO PERMISSION IS GRANTED to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Eternum Technology without explicit prior written authorization from Eternum.
AUTHORIZED USE
Access to the Eternum Technology, if granted, is limited strictly to the scope expressly defined in a separate written agreement executed by Eternum. Any use outside that scope is prohibited.
RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Claim ownership of the Eternum Technology
- Remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices
- Use the technology to create competing or derivative systems
- Audit, analyze, or probe the system for vulnerabilities without permission
- Train AI, machine learning, or autonomous systems using Eternum Technology
- Use Eternum Technology for surveillance, exploitation, or unlawful purposes
CONFIDENTIALITY
All non-public aspects of the Eternum Technology are confidential. Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.
NO TRANSFER
This license is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable at any time.
TERMINATION
Any violation of this license immediately terminates all rights granted herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Eternum Technology in your possession.
NO WARRANTY
THE ETERNUM TECHNOLOGY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL ETERNUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ETERNUM TECHNOLOGY.
GOVERNING LAW
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws determined by Eternum, without regard to conflict of law principles.
