              Issue Description 

I’d like to raise an issue 👉 When I call the method eth_estimateGas on a node using flashblocks with the pending tag, I encounter the following error:

server returned an error response: error code 3: execution reverted: panic: arithmetic underflow or overflow (0x11), data: "0x4e487b710000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000011"

However, when I re-simulate the same transaction on Tenderly (same block, same index), the transaction does not revert. Could there be a hidden issue when building the pending blocks? Hope your team can look into this 🙏
