G+ community button does not work

Ho provato ha mettere un badge o un bottone, ma non funzionano.
I link per riferimenti sono:

    * https://developers.google.com/+/web/follow/
    * https://developers.google.com/+/web/badge/

Non so cosa esattamente sbaglio, ma usando l'ispector vedo
che gli elementi sono creati in posizioni strane.
