Chapter 3 exercises - can't find data file to use or answers

Hi, I had two issues trying to do the Chapter 3 exercises.

Where it says "The data file name is 6153237444115dat.csv and it is located in the data folder (add link)," I wasn't able to find that file in any part of the source directory.

In the appendix that has answers for questions and exercises, I couldn't find any section that matched the chapter 3 exercises. It had answers for exercises from chapters 2 and 6.
