Provide requirements.txt to get started since pipenv is terribly slow #2

Hi please @sir-guevara can you provide a requirements.txt in the repo to start, pipenv is terribly slow i think we should stop using it.
This issues is around since a lot of time. I will try to install whatever i think is requred by the project to continue but it's also better for you to provide it since you have bootstraped the project.
