Jetback should not have durability.

What happened?

I found that backtank doesn't have durability, but jetback does.
Jetback can be enchaned with unbreaking but not mending.
I think this is a bug.

Thanks, I fixed that bugs once before but when rebasing it on the forge version again it's seems to have reappeared, I think I still know what the issue is tho
