Acceptance Criteria
- UI to export the App Settings and debugging tools, make sure to ignore some settings that should not be backed up, for example: IsCertificateInstalled, ... because it's related to their current machine, and should not be backed up (Ask GPT to know which settings should be backed up)
- Can restore the file to the new machine
- Don't back up the license key or the certificate
- This Windows is from Tools menu -> Import / Export Settings
- Unit Tests
