Acceptance Criteria
- At launch, detect if the certificate key has expired, show the alert to tell the user that their certificate (with name) has expired, they have to delete and reinstall the new one.
- Alert will have 2 buttons, dismiss, and "re-install": It will auto delete and reinstall the certificate in a single click
- If the certificate is expired, show the error button on the App Status Bar -> Click will show the alert
