Purchasing a Raspberry Pi CNC Board #8

In the last several years we've been working on a research project prototype at the University of Tokyo which makes use of the Raspberry Pi CNC Hat: https://github.com/dlx-designlab/Attune
We bought several boards some years ago when they were available and now we are looking for more as we want to make more prototypes. Unfortunately, it seems that none of the shops mentioned in the WiKi have it in stock.
Is there still a way to get those boards somewhere?
Maybe there could be an option to share the schematics, or even the contacts of the PCB printing facility with us so we could maybe build a few ourselves?
