[docs/diagram] Audit and clean up mindmaps across the repository

Context

This issue is part of the HAMi v2.9.0 Documentation Revamp Plan (WS5 - Mindmap Audit).

The repository contains mindmaps that were created at various points in time. Some may be outdated, redundant, or misaligned with the current architecture and terminology. Before new content is written, these should be reviewed and cleaned up.

Scope

1. Locate all mindmaps in the repository (check docs/, blog/, static/, i18n/, versioned_docs/)
2. For each mindmap, assess:
   • Is the content still accurate relative to current HAMi architecture?
   • Is it referenced from any documentation page?
   • Does it duplicate content covered elsewhere?
3. Produce a short audit summary as a comment on this issue or a PR with the following actions taken:
   • Remove mindmaps that are outdated and not referenced
   • Update mindmaps that are mostly correct but contain stale terminology
   • Flag mindmaps that require architectural input before they can be updated

Acceptance criteria

• Every mindmap in the repository has been reviewed
• Outdated or orphaned mindmaps are removed
• Updated mindmaps use current terminology and architecture
• A brief audit summary is included in the PR description

Notes

• If a mindmap requires significant redesign, open a separate issue rather than blocking this one
• DCO sign-off required on every commit (git commit -s)

Mindmap Audit Summary

Audit completed as part of the diagram inventory work in #413.

Mindmaps found

Two mindmap files exist in the repository:

Findings

1. No editable source files exist.
Both mindmaps are PNG files with no .drawio, .graffle, or other editable source. Updating either mindmap requires a full redraw from scratch.

2. Scope is narrower than current HAMi.
Both files carry the title "HAMi VGPU mind map". HAMi now supports Cambricon MLU, Hygon DCU, Kunlunxin XPU, Metax GPU, Iluvatar Corex, and Ascend NPU alongside NVIDIA VGPU. A project-wide mindmap should reflect this broader scope.

3. Content accuracy cannot be confirmed without visual inspection.
The PNG files are binary. The accuracy of the internal structure relative to the current v2.9.0 architecture requires review by a maintainer who knows the current component boundaries.

4. Both mindmaps are actively referenced - not orphaned.
They appear in every versioned docs set from v1.3.0 to current. Removing them would break rendering across all versioned docs.

Recommended actions

• These mindmaps require significant redesign, not a terminology patch. Per the issue scope, opening a follow-up issue for the actual redesign is the right path.
• The docs/developers/mindmap.md page title currently says "HAMi mind map" - the term "VGPU" appears only inside the image alt text, not in the page itself. No page-level text change is needed.
• Do not remove the images until replacements are ready, since they are referenced across all versioned docs.

Decision needed from maintainers

Before a redesign issue is opened:

• Should the redesigned mindmap cover only the core scheduling/virtualization path, or the full heterogeneous device ecosystem?
• Should it be a single diagram or one per device family?
