Dashboard Runs tab: Search incorrectly shows 0 results #19624

Bug summary
On the Runs page, Search for runs using a query that lists many pages of runs.
Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the search results to move to page 2 (or later)
Return to the search box and refine the search so that you now obtain less than than 1 full page of results
Result:
The results list is shown empty, "on page 1 of 1".
It appears that the page cursor remains on page 2, but as there are no results for page 2, nothing is shown.
Expectation:
Applying new search criteria should reset the currently displayed results page back to page 1.
