tex_to_dds file updates

First off, your tex_to_dds converter is amazing, it works great for a bunch of the textures.
But it doesn't work for a few of the raw xb3 & DE texture files.(wasnt sure if I could include link to raw extracted texture, decided better safe than sorry)
(I dont believe xeno3 is officially supported by these utils, but just getting it on your radar.)
I'd appreciate it if this extracts properly for the next update.

Xeno3 is supported. Most textures are stored in chr/tex/m folder (those in chr/tex/h are automatically loaded).

This. Don't even know how I'm supposed to use these tools given the results but I drag the .wismt onto the "tex_to_dds.cmd" and instant window pops up and immediately closes.
