Remove `pretextbook` and `pretext-cli` from pipy?

Today someone tried to install pretext-cli, which gave them a really old version of pretextbook. Is there any reason for us to keep these old packages around? Should we delete them? What do you think, @StevenClontz ?

I don't think removing anything besides malware from PyPI is a thing, though I'd have to look into it.

But pushing a new release that simply echoes "Did you mean to pip install pretext?" might be appropriate.
