Support for small documents

How will we build a single, stand-alone document that doesn't have a project.ptx file in its directory? I propose adding a feature pretext build filename.ptx that just builds that file. Perhaps after looking for a user config.ptx file. More discussion happening at a workshop, and will update here soon.
