Changes:

• Seat groups can now be marked as exclusive for specific accommodations, reserving those seats only for students who have the accommodation. Accommodations also have a new seat requirement setting (none, optional, or required) that controls whether the accommodation is informational-only, grants optional access to supporting seat groups, or requires placement in one. (resolved Allow restricting seats to students with matching accommodations #35).
• The exam log page now loads significantly faster for exams with many audit events thanks to a new database index.
