Evaluate packages and drop dependencies #31
Description
Problem to solve
Since we are going to soon be redeveloping quite a lot about Conventional Tools this is a good chance to review the current dependency list we have for the project.
Proposal
Go through each package that we depend on and see whether we still need to be using it or not.
If we still need it, then keep it. We could also potentially look at upgrading it if it needs to be.
If we don't need it, then remove it from the project.
Further details
It's important to note here that we are currently looking at replacing oclif and it's related testing library. So the oclif dependencies can be ignored from this issue because they are going to be removed in the other issues.
