Description
a skills view with:
- all currently registered skills
- view to show rendered metadata + skill content
- ability to create a new skill via AI prompt
- this might be a little tricky since every task needs a repo, and there isn't necessarily a repo here...?
also, maybe some enhancement to the system prompt, or a bundled "skills skill" that the agent can reference if a user asks to create a skill mid-task?
