Redo new website templates/stylesheets to match old website [blocker] #3
Description
This task is to update the Jekyll generator templates to match the old site format.
Rationale:
We want the website to look vaguely professional. For that reason Ross does not want to launch with the current github.io design.
We think the most expedient approach would be to match the previous design. A redesign would be better but that seems like an open-ended project and we don't currently have the resources to do that.
