Simulate ORFs encoded by the reverse complement ('-' Strand)

Thank you for developing this tool. Is there a way to specify the locations of coding sequences encoded on the reverse-complement (−) strand in the configuration file?

Hi @tamelgarejo - you should be able to extract the locations of ORFs encoded on the reverse-complement strand by using a Genbank file as input. These entries will then be extracted from the file contents by the script. I'll look around to see if I can find an example. @horaciobam
