display PDS ent variables?

Since PDS is a data structure meant to be used in any rulesets I think it would be nice to be able to view them on devtools. This could possibly be a tab on about this pico. there you could view information like prototype used at creation as well as the Global Data structure of PDS.
The function used in debugging PDS in wrangler is "pico()", this could be easily adapted to be used to display PDS in devtools or any development environment.
