Add Unit Tests and Documentation to The Compiler

As apart of the goal to Integrate The Diannex Compiler, we want to have the Compiler Library portion unit tested and documented.

Minimal Unit Testing requirements would be to unit test the main compilation processes. Further expanded Unit Tests can be developed in a later issue.
