Mode 'serve all via peercdn' #8

Hello.

I see that currently every file which you want to serve by peers, must be defined in code. It looks rather hard if you have very big or dynamic website.

My suggestion is to make a mode 'serve all via peercdn' so every static content (images, videos, css, js) would automatically use peercdn if it does not excluded via special code. Then it would really helpful to offload server bandwidth. Also it helps to load-test PeerCDN code, because it will cause much exchange between PeerCDN server and PeerCDN peers. I think, it should improves peerkit's people's activity. User's would see either results and problems on their testing ground.

Sincerely,

Alex.
