Making comments while logged out throws an error

if you are logged out and submit a comment, it will fail. The failure will take you to a new page telling you need to supply an email address in addition to your comment for the comment to be accepted. This isn't an ideal workflow, but I am fine with opening an issue and dealing with it later.
