Base Genome Size on Standard Deviation  #5

Right now the algorithm is calculating routes like the grapevine route amazingly well. However, it's having trouble on routes like Boston to Worcester where it is basically entirely flat. I think this is due to the genome size being too large and its having trouble generating straight lines.

I think that it makes more sense to base the genome size off the standard deviation of the terrain. This way regions that have routes that are guided by the terrain will be able to maneuver around it whereas flat areas like Boston to Worcester will get very few points because it should be basically a straight line.
