Adding Support openAI compatible APIs and Gemini API

It would be productive if you add configurable backend connectors so PaperDebugger can use either OpenAI-compatible endpoints (OpenAI API, local/third‑party compatibles like Ollama, Anthropic‑compatible adapters) and Google’s Gemini API.

Goal: give users choice of models, reduce vendor lock‑in, facilitate self‑hosted/private deployments.
