🩹 [Patch]: Add Retry as a default prereq (#28)

## Description

This pull request includes updates to the `scripts/main.ps1` file to add
a new required module.

* Added `Retry` to the list of required modules.
* Changed double quotes to single quotes for the "Module commands:"
string to maintain consistency.
