Required field message hide

Currently a required field has a message that shows up or is hidden when the submit button is pressed, but not while a user is typing. So a field shows required until the submit button is pressed again, even when the field has been filled out.

functionality could be implemented to hide the field when the user is typing, but it would have to be something that didn't override those fields that are both required and another specific form of validation such as phone or email.
