Reorganization of "About" tab #451

Hi Chris and Paul,
For the next step, I propose the following reorganization of the "About" tab and the contents below.

The "Overview" page contains out-of-date content and is redundant with the content on the Staff and top pages. I propose to delete that that page from the website.

After deleting that page, there will remain only 2 pages under "About", namely the "Staff" and "Location" pages. I propose that as the second change, that the tab "About" be renamed "People & Place".

If you agree with the name "People" and "Place", then I propose that the current tab names of "Staff" and "Location" that appear under "About" also be renamed to "People" and "Place", respectively.
I suggest that we come to agreement on the changes above first, before implementing them.
