@mauzey1 am I right to recall that you fixed this a long while back? A glance of https://pcmdi.llnl.gov/ipcc/diagnostic_subprojects.html suggests that each now has a direct DOI (or full article) link

@durack1 I remember working on fixing broken links a few years ago but I don't think I ever applied any fixes. I will revisit where I left off on that.
