SolverWorldConnection doesn't reconnect correctly

The SolverWorldConnection seems to have trouble reconnecting to the world model during certain types of disconnects. The connection should be automatically reestablished until the user code calls disconnect().

Reference a log trace from wallet-and-keys that occurred when the host was in suspend during execution.
