Write Less Data to Vtu Files

Currently we write a ton of data to vtu files, most of which is not needed (coloring info, dof numbering info ,vertex numbering etc.).  These should not be printed by default, and there should be an option to enable printing all data.

For a 55^3 mesh, I am seeing vtu files sizes > 1 Gb.
