Description
Type: Docs / Update
Description
The current documentation for adding a Kubernetes-type Provider is outdated. It still describes saving or uploading configuration files (like kubeconfig), but the system now supports using Secrets instead.
What Needs to Be Updated
- Text content: Remove outdated references to uploading or saving kubeconfig files.
- Add explanation: Clarify that authentication and configuration details can now be stored and accessed securely via Secrets.
- Screenshots: Replace all images to reflect the new UI, where users can select or create Secrets instead of uploading files.
- Step-by-step guide: Update the flow to explain how to connect to a Kubernetes cluster using a Secret.
Acceptance Criteria
- All instructions about saving or uploading kubeconfig files are removed.
- The new process with Secrets is clearly explained and demonstrated.
- Updated screenshots accurately show the current UI.
- The page formatting and tone match other updated documentation pages.
