Black screen with large images #6

Description

@jvolker

I've tested this extension with a couple of smaller and larger images on Pi3B. I set the GPU memory split to 512MB as I know this might be an issue. I've also tried 1024MB but then the Pi didn't boot anymore or at least was insanely slow while booting.

Alternatives

I've successfully opened the larger images on the same Pi using

  • Chromium
  • VLC

Could these be alternatives for glslViewer?

I've read about potential other alternatives, untested:
