add support for pasting JSON

safe-utils supports 1) Manual Input 2) Safe API

I would suggest a 3rd option "JSON".

Safe app gives the JSON of the transaction, it would be great to be able to simply copy and paste it in safe-utils.

💯. Copy and pasting the Safe tx Json data directly from MetaMask|Rainbow signer accounts on the phone into the Safe Utils mobile web app makes it easier to do multi factor verification MFV across devices. With the current UX I copied the tx data in the MetaMask|Rainbow phone app and parsed out the required info to put into the Safe Utils mobile web app.

The Safe Utils mobile web app works great. However, it took me a few attempts to get matching tx hashes with the Safe tx created on my computer because of manual error parsing through the Json on my phone.
