Select number of tuners 

I want the possibility to chose how many tuners HRTunerProxy can use in the STB.

I have a VU+ Duo2 with 4 tuners. I want to use one as live TV watching og the tree other to be used of my server by HRTunerProxy. 

So please add a function that it is like one of these choices:

1. All (X) or all-one (X-1) tuner. 
2. Use 1 to X tuners.
