Incorrectly handles "AND" combinator with a single item

I would expect 

``` json
["AND",{"udf:tree:114.Status":{"IS":"Unresolved"}}]
```

and

``` json
{"udf:tree:114.Status":{"IS":"Unresolved"}}
```

to show the same results.

However, the second query returns nothing
