Wrong value of $DELTA_CP

There's some problem with the value of $DELTA_CP through the installation. I think you might accidentally changed it in your last commit. The value of $DELTA_CP was ubuntu@10.0.3.10 but it should be ubuntu@10.0.3.11. Please check it out
