Add the ability to get info and send info from/to Open Food Facts for products with barcodes

• Get basic info to display in the Open Litter Map (brand, name, packaging…) from OFF based on the barcode using the scan API
• Let users send pictures of the packaging to OFF using the upload API

This is a great idea and we would love to integrate this

It is not a short-term goal for me personally but if you or anyone would like to create a PR and integrate this into the Camera that would be welcome
