Documentation updates for Validation 3.1

With the rename from Jakarta Bean Validation to Jakarta Validation, we'll want to inspect the docs for any references to Bean Validation and update them to Validation. Places to update include:

• https://openliberty.io/docs/latest/jakarta-ee.html
• https://openliberty.io/docs/latest/reference/microprofile-config-properties.html (This should be discussed with the MP team first)

We should also consider a new topic to cover using Jakarta Validation, if we decide to create that it should be done under a separate issue.

Note: I.S: If the context for Bean Validation is Jakarta EE 11 or generic about Jakarta EE, it should be Validation instead of Bean Validation

is it just making sure of naming - Jakarta Bean Validation to Jakarta Validation across the doc-set.
or

This was assigned it isaac - then it was unassigned when he left - i have to pick it up and complete this. (edited)
Issac seems to have made an update for this. not sure if it got reflected.
So please let me know what needs to be done.

I dont think we have create new topic to cover using Jakarta Validation. Just make sure of the naming - Jakarta Bean Validation to Jakarta Validation (If the context for Bean Validation is Jakarta EE 11 or generic about Jakarta EE)

i did a quick folder search and found out that there are only 3 files that have  "Jakarta Bean Validation" instead of "Jakarta Validation"

I was looking at the OL/OL issue (OpenLiberty/open-liberty#25863) and i see that you have mentioned changes between versions.
Please check and tell me if we need to make updates to the differences page.
