Mouse brain ontology - serious issues

Our Mouse brain ontology has some serious issues.
ex. Field CA1 MBA:382 should have as synonym CA1 as in the original Allen mouse ontology but we have a second separate term MBA:1152 which has no parents...
In fact all the terms MBA 1146 to 1152 seem to have been added without any hierarchy at all....

MBA:1146 - MBA:1152 no longer exist in the allen data system, see: https://github.com/SciCrunch/NIF-Ontology/blob/master/ttl/generated/mbaslim.ttl#L4045 for reference.

See for example http://api.brain-map.org/api/v2/data/Structure/1146 which points to something that isn't even part of the brain. These were present when I added it to git from the old dropbox folder.

Is there a plan to update the ontology to the latest version?

If you all update your graphload yaml file to point to your fork of https://github.com/SciCrunch/NIF-Ontology/blob/master/ttl/generated/mbaslim.ttl instead of https://github.com/NeuroscienceKnowledgeSpace/methodsOntology/blob/master/ttl/hbp_abam_ontology.ttl then everything should just work.
