add BAMS connectivity

There are a number of tasks related to connectivity.

1. BAMS. Paper citations needed. Map to swanson terminology. Map swanson to uberon.
2. Bluima, needs species. Provenance needs to be clearly documented. Need to normalize instead of hitting them with the whole firehose.

3. A connectivity card for brain regions. A connectivity card for cell types (vs a projection card for cell types which should be able to be used by the brain regions).

Need to do mapping of BAMS terms using foundary term -> data mapping feature.
