Following https://docs.openhands.dev/openhands/usage/run-openhands/local-setup#docker-command-click-to-expand I don't understand how to use openhands serve with env vars.
Describe the UX or technical implementation you have in mind
Just a simple example in docs either in the uv installation section or the env vars table
Additional context
The env vars section mentions using docker with an example like docker run -e LLM_API_KEY="your-key" -e DEBUG=true openhands/openhands but the openhands command from the UV installation flow takes care of running docker for you, and I just don't know how to configure it
