Remove network dependencies from tests

As an F2 developer, I'd like to remove all network dependencies from the tests so they will be faster and more reliable.

I did a lot of this in 1.4-wip but nowhere near all of it. Some of the tests were causing exceptions and unnecessary load on the OpenF2.org website (which some tests were connected to).
